PRODUCTS AND PRICING
All prices are shown in British Pounds (£) and are as displayed at the time of ordering. We make every effort to display our products and colours as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your screen's display will be exact. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change or discontinue products at any time.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT
By placing an order you confirm that all details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. We accept major credit and debit cards and express checkouts via Shopify Payments. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorised, and we will send confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, in which case you will receive a full refund.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Delivery options, rates, and timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are your responsibility.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our returns process is set out in our Return and Refund Policy, including your 14-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and your rights for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
