Shipping policy

Dispatch
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders are not dispatched on weekends or UK bank holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

UK delivery

• Standard tracked delivery (2–4 business days): £3.95
• Free standard tracked delivery on orders over £50

International delivery

• United States: free standard shipping on orders over £50 (3–5 business days)
• International standard (7–21 business days): £14.95

We currently deliver to the US, Ireland, and selected countries across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.

Customs and import duties
For orders outside the UK, any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
